A 15-Second Product Launch Video with BRAG
How I used BRAG to make a launch video for Plane, then refined the music, layout, length, and pace with simple follow-up prompts. Watch the 15-second result and copy the prompts.

I used BRAG to turn Plane into a short startup launch video. My starting point was simple: give the agent the product website, its GitHub repository, and the BRAG repository, then ask for a launch video.
The version shared here is 15 seconds long. Below are the prompts I used to shape it, from the initial request to the music, spacing, and pacing feedback.
What is BRAG?
BRAG by latent-spaces is an agent skill for creating short product launch videos. Its classic workflow uses Hyperframes to build and render the video, with music and motion as part of the output. The repository includes installation instructions for Claude Code and other supported coding agents.
For this experiment, I used Plane, an open-source project management product. Its GitHub repository describes tools for work items, cycles, and product roadmaps. This is my unofficial demo of Plane, not a product I built.
Start with the product and a clear request
Set up BRAG using the instructions in its repository, then work in a coding-agent environment that can create files and render video. For the classic workflow, the documented requirements include Node.js 22+, FFmpeg, and the Hyperframes CLI. Follow the repository for the current setup.
My initial prompt included both the website and source repository. That gives the agent places to look for the product story and interface, alongside the video tool I want it to use.
Copy the prompts
These are my original prompts. Replace the Plane links with your own product when trying the workflow. You can start just a website link, or just a Github repo. or even just a screenshots. In this case i’ll give a complete Website and Github Repo
